From the crew behind Brothers Beer and The Botanist comes a new dining experience in the heart of the city. Thai by Night has taken over City Works Depot’s coolest café for evenings over the summer.

Botanist head chef Ryan Pearce has put together a light, classic Thai menu featuring favourites like Chicken Satay served with crunchy peanuts and a lovingly traditional Pad Thai alongside modern takes on dishes like Sticky Pork Belly Buns, a hot, punchy Jungle Curry and generous fat Drunken Noodles. Pearce was inspired by traditional Thai street food where locals put together fast, tasty dishes from fresh, local ingredients. “With Thai By Night we wanted to put the same heart and flair into our food that you see on the street in Thailand."

Open Monday – Thursday from 5pm – 8pm and Fridays until Late. Get down and enjoy some top notch Thai treats surrounded by The Botanist’s beautiful flowers.
